Two - Dimensional Composition-1

ART 122 This course introduces the basic of concepts of two-dimensional design. Topics include the elements of art and principles of design with emphasis on the arrangements and relationships among them. 

Several assignments within the course are structured on 11” x 14” or 18” x 24” Mixed Media Paper, providing students with a platform to explore a diverse array of materials and methods. Through these assignments, students engage in the development of their artistic consciousness while receiving instruction on the demonstration of fundamental art principles, namely the Elements of Art and The Principles of Design. These foundational concepts serve as crucial pillars in the students' artistic education, fostering a comprehensive understanding of artistic expression.
